Brooklyn's recently opened Public Display of Affection, known for its wood-fired pizzas and creative vegetables from Roberta's alum chef Robert Guimond, has debuted a t-shirt in collaboration with local artist John P. Dessereau (who, fun fact, has sold two paintings to Spike Lee.)

Created just as the pandemic struck NYC, Dessereau notes, "the inspiration came from the acceptance that physical distancing was about to change for everyone. 'Public Display of Affection' as a title had an addendum because of the crisis. I wanted to capture that energy, so I drew this couple floating into each other. I wanted the piece to feel like a pattern and also illustrate the heartfelt embrace. I got two pieces from the idea while also capturing the energy of the restaurant."

The t-shirt comes in both Black and White.
