The Pleasures of Chinese Cooking by Grace Zia Chu was published as an introduction of the cuisine for a novice cook. The book suggests where to buy hard-to-find spices, and there’s even a guide for ordering Chinese food. Published in 1962, this book sought to introduce Americans to Chinese cuisine in it’s most accessible form.
This book is in near perfect condition and includes a dust cover. This book was selected from the collection of legendary vintage cookbook dealer Bonnie Slotnick.
